Olive Network:

Brown uses children to gain sympathy, he'll find none here

Sunday, 07 February 2010

The PM wept in public this weekend when he talked of the death of his daughter Jennifer and spoke of facing up to the possible premature death of his son Fraser, who has cystic fibrosis. His wife Sarah also sobbed in an extraordinary display of emotion when Mr Brown was interviewed by Piers Morgan.

Mr Brown's wife Sarah, who was present, also sobbed in an extraordinary display of emotion when the Prime Minister was interviewed by Piers Morgan for a TV programme.

The candid exchanges, which took place over two-and-a-half hours in front of a live studio audience, are to be broadcast on Piers Morgan's Life Stories on ITV next Sunday. continues

Ed: Pass the sick-bag. there's nothing more revolting than a politician using their children to gain electoral support.

Even by the standards of contemporary British politics, New Labour have always been the lowest, most craven filth.

It seems a little early though; Brown surely can't imagine that he'll be able to get away with cashing in his daughter's death again, before the GE, can he?

Perhaps Brown doesn't even realise what he's doing. The "right thing" and his own spectacularly hideous ambition have always been one and the same in his mind, so maybe not.
